Increased Efficiency for Enterprise Teams

To kick off our Spring 2026 updates, we’ve introduced several platform enhancements designed to accelerate workflows and simplify asset management for high-volume teams:

• Bulk Decisions: Speed up your workflow by making decisions on multiple assets simultaneously from the Dashboard or Gallery View.
• PDF Comment Import (Now Generally Available): Seamlessly bring annotations from static PDFs into Ziflow for centralized review and resolution in just a few clicks. See Import PDF comments.
• Enhanced Search: Find exactly what you need faster with improved "Search by name" functionality in the Ziflow Dashboard.
• Streamlined Website Review: Simplify proof creation by pasting multiple URLs at once, plus more flexibility with updated web proxy settings for live site proofs.

We also highlighted several performance and UX updates, including support for extra-long website URLs (up to 8,192 characters), a refreshed mobile experience for comments and replies, and the addition of User Role information in SCIM “GET” requests for SSO. 

For our developers, we discussed new API updates including a new call-and-response endpoint for PDF reports in environments that don’t support webhooks, and the ability to update a single stage on a proof without needing to refresh the entire stage.

The Future of Collaborative Proofing

ReviewAI

Originally launched at our Autumn 2025 Product Release webinar, ReviewAI is designed to automate repetitive review tasks so your team can focus on the feedback that truly moves the needle. Since its debut, we’ve introduced several powerful enhancements to further streamline your workflow:

• Expanded Reference Checks: ReviewAI now verifies content against Proof Briefs, Custom Properties, and Asset metadata, alongside standard Checklist AI prompts.
• Granular Control: You can now opt-out individual checks from the ReviewAI evaluation for more tailored results.
• Coming Soon: ReviewAI for video assets!

Expanded Review Capabilities

Checklists are now Generally Available for Enterprise customers. Users can seamlessly link existing comments to checklist items, export “Checklist results” reports to a CSV, and utilize up to 10 checklists per review stage. To keep workflows moving, Ziflow also automatically displays the most relevant checklist by default for reviewers assigned to multiple stages.

Additionally, we shared other recent Proof Viewer enhancements including improved pixel comparison, a redesigned batch review asset selector, and the option to turn off presence indicators for more flexible and private reviews. 

The Connected Creative Ops Ecosystem

Our goal is to meet your team wherever they work. At the webinar, we showcased several key enhancements designed to deepen the connection between Ziflow and your favorite project management and creative tools:

• ClickUp: Create proofs directly from within ClickUp and instantly access proof status and details right alongside your tasks — no context switching required. Coming Soon!
• monday.com: Key updates including support for the desktop app, one-click versioning, and a new flow in the template suite.
• Ziflow Connect: Faster troubleshooting for failed flows via the Zibot details modal.
• SharePoint: Improved automation reliability with new duplicate asset controls (rename, replace, or fail).
• Jira integration: Enhanced transition configuration now available for non-administrators
• Wrike integration:  Quickly connect proofs to sub-tasks using IDs and URLs
• Figma Plugin (Now Generally Available): Instantly turn Figma designs into versioned proofs ready for review
• Adobe Premiere Pro: Create proofs from selected timeline segments for quick feedback in the Ziflow plugin
