Export data to CSV: New Checklists report

Available on: Enterprise

Ziflow currently allows users to export detailed proof data via CSV, including dedicated reports for Stages, Reviewers, and Comments. With this release, we have added the Checklist report.

When selected, this option generates a comprehensive CSV containing granular data for all checklist activity associated with your proofs. This report includes a wide range of specific column headers, including:

  • Checklist template ID, and Checklist template name
  • Item template ID and Item template name
  • Result (PASS, FAIL, CHECKED, or NULL)
  • Result Creation Date and Reviewer Email
  • ReviewAI Suggestion and ReviewAI prompt version

This update provides essential data for traditional project analysis and compliance auditing. Furthermore, the inclusion of ReviewAI results and prompt versions enables administrators to analyze the effectiveness of automated checks.

For more information, see CSV export data description and Export data to CSV.

Adobe Premiere Pro: Create proofs from selected timeline segments in the Ziflow plugin

(Public preview)

Available on: Free Standard Pro Enterprise

You can now create a Ziflow proof from only a portion of your Premiere Pro timeline, instead of rendering the entire project. This allows editors to quickly share specific scenes, animations, or edits for review.

The plugin supports two selection methods:

  • In/Out range – create a proof from the portion of the timeline marked with In and Out points.
  • Work Area – create a proof from the portion of the timeline defined by the Work Area.

By rendering only the selected segment, teams can generate proofs faster and focus feedback on the exact part of the video that needs review.

Note: In this release, the proof does not yet display where the segment originates within the full timeline. This context will be added in a future update.

For more information, see Ziflow Adobe plugin.
