The Ziflow Adobe plugin lets creative teams upload new proofs and versions directly from Adobe Creative Cloud applications—without logging into Ziflow or opening a browser.

Available on: Free Standard Pro Enterprise

With the plugin, you can push assets from the following Adobe products:

  • Photoshop CC
  • InDesign CC
  • Illustrator CC
  • Premiere Pro CC
  • After Effects CC

For a video tutorial, see Video Tutorial: How to use Ziflow with Adobe Creative Cloud.

Install the plugin

  1. Open the Creative Cloud desktop app.
  2. Download and install the Ziflow plugin (Intel) from the Adobe Exchange
    or directly in Creative Cloud.
If you’re using an Apple computer with an M1 or M2 processor, install the Apple Silicon version of the Ziflow Photoshop plugin

Once installed, you can start submitting reviews from supported Adobe apps.

Installation works for stable releases. You may not be able to install with only a Beta release of an Adobe application.

Create a proof from Adobe apps

The steps are the same across Adobe products.

Note: If your file contains custom fonts, we recommend that you export your file with embedded fonts and create a proof in order to preserve your design and formatting.

  1. Open the file that you want to review.
  2. In your project, go to Window > Extensions > Ziflow or Plugins > Ziflow.
