Ziflow's export to CSV function allows you to extract information about proofs, reviewers, comments, and stages to use to create audit trails and reports, or integrate the data into external workflows.
Available: Proof data - Business Legacy, Standard Pro Enterprise
Stage, Reviewer, and Comment data - Administrators on Enterprise
Before exporting, filter data to target specific proofs and customize which columns to include. The exported data varies depending on selected options and user permissions. All exports include a standard set of fields, while additional data (such as custom properties, stages, comments, and reviewer details) is available selectively, based on the account configuration and user role.
For a description of the exported fields, see CSV export data description.
For information on how to use Ziflow's metrics template for Google Sheets and Excel, see Interpret CSV export data using Ziflow metrics template.
