Enterprise customers can make decisions on one or more proofs in Gallery view without opening them.

Available on: Enterprise

Your Ziflow administrator can manage this setting for your organization in the default proof settings

This feature is in Public Preview phase.

For information about limitations, support, and risks during release phases, see Ziflow feature release phases.

You can make decisions in Gallery view on proofs when:

  • You are a reviewer and have decision rights

  • The proof and your stage are active and unlocked

  • The proof does not require an electronic signature

Any proofs that don’t meet these conditions indicate that a decision cannot be made.

If you have multiple stages
If you are included on multiple stages of the proof, you can choose the stage and make your decision.

Activity logged for each decision
Each proof decision appears in the Activity log. Every decision remains traceable and compliant.
