On June 4, 2025, we hosted our Spring Product Release Webinar, where we debuted a host of new capabilities built to elevate every part of the creative review process—from automation and collaboration to training and data analysis.

If you couldn’t join us live, you can watch the full webinar on-demand here.

Checklists: Your gateway to Review AI

One of the most exciting announcements was the launch of Checklists, now available in private preview for Enterprise customers on Dashboard 2.0.

Checklists are a powerful new way to bring structure and accountability to every stage of your creative review process. Admins can build reusable, customizable checklists to guide reviewers with:

  • Contextual section headers and descriptions
  • Flexible pass/fail or checkmark item types
  • Shared standards that apply across teams and assets

As a foundation for future AI-powered features like Review AI, Checklists help ensure no detail is missed and every proof is evaluated against the same criteria.

Are you an Enterprise customer with a set of specific criteria that reviewers must “check” before marking a proof as Approved? Sign up for the private preview program and try Checklists before they’re generally available later this year.

Your Workflow, your rules (updates to Dashboard 2.0)

We also introduced several enhancements that give teams more control and flexibility in how they manage their review cycles:

  • Out of Office controls – Mark yourself unavailable for reviews and appear as OOO across Ziflow
  • Email resubscription management – Easily re-enable reviewers who unsubscribed to Ziflow’s notification emails
  • CSV Exports – Pull proof, reviewer, and comment data into spreadsheets for external analysis (with easy-to-use templates—coming soon!)
  • Enhanced dashboard filtering – Search by custom property values
  • Improvements to Proof Details – Copy proof links and move proofs between folders with ease

Proofing on your terms (updates to Ziflow’s Proof Viewer)

We’re continuing to evolve the Ziflow Proof Viewer with updates that support faster, more personalized collaboration:

Integrations and automation

Ziflow now connects even more deeply with the platforms you already use:

  • monday.com Integration – Now generally available, a seamless collaborative proofing solution inside your preferred project management platform
  • Wrike, Trello and Google Drive – Link proofs by URL or ID for better cross-tool coordination
  • Ziflow Connect enhancements – Create Jira subtasks and more with new triggers and actions
  • Intake Forms update – Choose between new proof or new version at upload, and coming in June: a standardized login path
  • Activity Log via API – Pull full proof histories for compliance and analysis (supports our connection to Theta Lake and other DCGA platforms)
