Users can resubscribe to Ziflow notification emails if they accidentally unsubscribed themselves and are no longer receiving proof review updates. For more information about notifications, see Understand proof notifications.
Ziflow administrators can also resubscribe users and guests to Ziflow notifications.
Why your email address may be on the suppression list
An email address is added to the suppression list as the result of a recipient-level action or a delivery issue and is not always intentional. The most common causes are:
- Marking a Ziflow notification as spam
- Selecting Unsubscribe in an email
- Emails that bounced, were rejected, or were marked as undeliverable by your mailbox or mail server
If any of these happened, you can resubscribe using the steps below.
Resubscribe to Ziflow notifications
Ziflow displays an unsubscribed icon next to your name in the People tab to let you know that you have unsubscribed yourself from Ziflow notifications.
You can resubscribe yourself up to five times. When you reach your limit, you will need to contact Ziflow Support for help.
To resubscribe:
- Log into Ziflow and select the People tab.
- Select your name from the People list. Your Details page opens.
- On your Details page, select the context menu (three dots) and choose Subscribe to emails.
- Select Subscribe to confirm resubscription.
Ziflow removes the Unsubscribed icon next to your name and you will start receiving notification emails again.
You will not receive any emails that were sent while you were unsubscribed.
