Search (sorted) reviewers in the Proof Viewer comment filter

With this release, we’ve made it even easier to filter comments by reviewer inside the Proof Viewer. Ideal for proofs with lots of reviewers, where viewing feedback by a focused set of commenters is essential. 

You can now type-to-search within the Reviewer dropdown in the comment filter, helping you quickly locate the exact person you’re looking for. In addition, the reviewer list is now alphabetized (by the first letter of their user name) to make browsing faster and more intuitive.

Connect a proof to an item in Wrike or Trello—or a folder in Google Drive—via a URL or ID number

You can now link a proof to a task or item in Trello or Wrike, or a folder in Google Drive by simply pasting the item URL or ID into the Integrations panel—no dropdown navigation required. Note: if you prefer to browse for a project/folder from a list or type-to-search, clicking “Search” will reveal the dropdown menus you used previously.

This expands on the previously released support for Asana, ClickUp, JIRA, Basecamp, and monday.com, helping high-volume teams connect proofs even faster across more platforms.

Log out of Ziflow directly from Proof Viewer

With this release, users can now log out of Ziflow right from the Proof Viewer, using the menu under the avatar in the top-right corner. This update applies to both fully logged-in users and guests, making it easier to end a session without switching views.

Whether it’s for compliance reasons or switching between multiple accounts, having a quick log-out option in Proof Viewer keeps your workflow secure and seamless.
