We explored these features through three core themes: precision tools for enterprise creative teams, smarter reviews and faster approvals, and the connected creative ops ecosystem.

In addition to spotlighting the features you can take advantage of today, we shared a preview of upcoming initiatives in the Ziflow Lab, as well as an exciting new product that helps streamline creative operations beyond online proofing—AssetsAI.

Precision Tools for Enterprise Creative Teams

Whether you’re organizing, inspecting, or collaborating on proofs with other members of your team, here’s what’s new to bring more precision to every review.

Organize

• Proof numbering: Make proofs easier to reference, find, and report on by assigning a short, sequential number to every proof in your account.
• Deadline time zones: Stay consistent when working across regions by choosing which time zone is used to calculate stage deadlines and workflow templates.
• Improved global search: Find proofs faster with improved global search performance and fewer timeouts for accounts with a high volume of proofs.
• Navigating large volumes of work is easier too: you can now resize the thumbnail panel to see more pages at once in multi-page and batch proofs, and sort proofs in gallery view by status or decision to quickly spot what still needs attention.

Inspect

• Barcode inspector (Enterprise): Easily scan packaging and print-ready assets for barcodes, QR codes, UPC and EAN codes, postal codes, and more. View each code's value, type, and size directly in the Proof Viewer.
• Font inspector (Enterprise): Clearly view the font families, sizes, styles, colors, and weights included in your proofs.
• Measurement tool updates: Automatically calculate area and reset a measurement to its original size. Measure proof objects in pixels, inches, or millimeters.

Collaborate and more

• Live comments (Enterprise, Private Preview): Provide natural, detailed feedback on proofs by recording and attaching voice comments within a comment, along with an AI-generated summary.
• Faster video reviews: Review video proofs faster in their original format within seconds of upload, while the optimized version is prepared.

Smarter Reviews and Faster Approvals

ReviewAI

We covered several enhancements to ReviewAI, which acts as your first line of defense for catching issues before a proof reaches a human reviewer. By automating repetitive checks like spelling and grammar, compliance rules, and brand guidelines, your team can review smarter and approve faster. Here are the new ways you can build, run, and test checks for ReviewAI.

• Import and export checklist items: Build checklists outside Ziflow in a spreadsheet, then easily import them from a CSV file, or export them to share with other members of your team.
• Checklist items not relevant: Mark checklist items as Not Relevant when they don't apply to a proof so you can focus on what matters.

• Comment guidance: Control how ReviewAI writes its suggested comments, including language, length, and product naming.
• Improved font recognition: Check approved font families and minimum font sizes automatically. ReviewAI now uses information from the Font Inspector to verify fonts against your brand standards.
• Prompt testing: Compare ReviewAI results with human evaluations, and rerun an edited prompt against proofs that already have results to check reliability before rollout.

The Connected Creative Ops Ecosystem

Ziflow makes it easy to connect proofing with the tools you already use every day, from creative apps to project management tools and everything in between. In the webinar, we showcased the new enhancements to our integrations and developer tools:

• monday.com integration: Use the file name or the monday.com item name as the default for proofs, navigate more easily when creating a new proof, and support multiple Ziflow accounts connected to one Monday account (coming soon).
• ClickUp integration: Now available! Create proofs directly in ClickUp, open and review them without switching apps, and track proof status right alongside your tasks.
• DaVinci Resolve Studio: View proofs and comments alongside your editing timeline, and send new versions back to Ziflow with our new plugin. 

For our developers, we discussed new API updates, including endpoints to create, retrieve, and update checklist templates, and the ability to detach proof versions into a new proof.

Inside the Ziflow Lab

In the webinar, we shared an early look at three experimental features our team is exploring. These are prototypes that may or may not be released, and your feedback will help shape what we build next.

• Change verification: Use ReviewAI to detect what changed between versions, including added, modified, deleted, and moved content, even when layouts shift. Coming soon in Private Preview.
• Analytics AI: Upload your CSV exports to an AI assistant like Claude, ChatGPT, or Copilot to answer questions about review performance or generate a dashboard—no coding required. Request a sample skill from our team to get started.
• Ziflow MCP server: Let AI agents work with your Ziflow data, use them to automate routine administrative tasks, and connect Ziflow with other AI-enabled systems to orchestrate more of your work.
