Gallery view is designed for reviewing multiple proofs inside a folder. You can use it for project reviews, campaigns, or large batches of assets. To use Gallery view, you need to create a folder and add your proofs to it. See Organize your proofs using folders: create a folder.

View all proofs in a folder as thumbnails
Select any proof to open it for review
Configure to show metadata such as status, progress, deadlines, and reviewer info

Archived items and folders are not visible in Gallery and Canvas views.

Open Gallery view

There are two ways to open Gallery view:

In the Folders panel next to the proofs list, right-click a folder(or use the Options menu (three.dots)) and choose Review. Switch between Gallery and Canvas views with the View mode setting. For more information on Canvas view, see View proofs in Canvas view.
Use a shareable link. See Share folder links to a Gallery view.

Reviewer experience

Reviewers with access via a shareable link or invitation can view all proofs in the folder.

Permissions still apply, commenting, decisions, and visibility depend on:

Folder sharing settings
Proof security settings

Close and return to the Dashboard

Select the Home icon to return to the main Dashboard.

Change folders

Use the breadcrumb path at the top to move between parent and subfolders.

Click into subfolders to drill deeper into project structures.

Sort proofs

Sort your proofs by name, date, or decision.

Proof thumbnails

Each proof appears as a thumbnail preview with a version number. The New badge identifies the proofs you haven’t opened yet.

Change view layout

Select Layout to customize the layout:

Thumbnail shape: Square, Portrait, or Landscape

Thumbnail scale: Fit or Fill

Show proof info: Display metadata for information you choose in Show information with the proof.

Proof name length: Full or single-line

Show proof information

Choose the information to display with the proof such as name, created, status, progress, and so on. Select Show, and choose to show or hide information in the drop-down list.

Review proofs in Gallery view

To open and review a proof:

Double-click on the proof thumbnail or name. The proof opens in Proof Viewer and the thumbnails move to an adjustable left pane.
Annotate, comment, or submit decisions as usual.
Once done, click X to return to Gallery view and continue reviewing, or from the menu choose Exit Gallery view to open the proof without the Gallery view in the Proof Viewer.
