Measure proof objects in pixels, inches, or millimeters.

1. In the Proof Viewer, select the ruler icon at the top of the page to open the measurement tool.
   
   
2. Choose pixels, inches, or millimeters as the unit of measurement.
   The Proof Viewer displays a transparent box with the Selection size dimensions over your proof.  
   
   
   
   
3. Choose a transparency color for the measurement box.
4. Resize the box by dragging its corners or entering exact values in the Selection size fields.
   
   Select the thumbtack icon to keep the measurement box fixed in place as you scroll. If it isn’t pinned, the box stays visible on the screen so you can measure and compare other elements in the asset.
5. To exit the tool, close the window.
   [Optional] Minimize the window and reposition in the Proof Viewer to the desired location.

The measurement tool is also available when comparing different versions, allowing reviewers to measure the dimensions of both proof versions simultaneously.
