Updated over a week ago

In this article, you'll find a list of our most impactful new features and enhancements that we have released this month.

Don't worry, for more significant enhancements, you can still check out our blog, as well as read our newsletter. If you have questions about these items, don't hesitate to contact our support team.

Gallery View: “New” label for proofs that have yet to be opened

In this week’s release, we’ve added a "New" label, designed to help reviewers easily spot proofs they haven’t yet opened, exclusively in Gallery View in Ziflow’s Proof Viewer.

In Gallery View, a “New” tag will now appear next to the version number at the top of the clickable proof thumbnails for any proofs or new versions that a reviewer hasn’t opened yet. This functions similarly to an email’s “unread” label, but for proofs.

We hope this will introduce a simple but effective way for reviewers to quickly identify which proofs require their attention, ensuring nothing slips through the cracks. This is just one of many enhancements Ziflow is working on to make Gallery View the go-to solution for conducting multi-asset reviews.

Download original files from Ziflow’s Dashboard in bulk—now up to 1 TB

One of our existing features is the ability to select multiple proofs in Ziflow’s Dashboard and download the original files as a .ZIP file. In April of 2024, we increased the maximum download size from 50 GB to 250GB. With this week’s release, we’ve increased this limit by another 4x.

Download proofs in your Ziflow dashboard list up to 250GB

Starting today, users can now select proofs totaling up to 1 TB in size and download them as a single .ZIP file. This increase in download capacity provides teams with greater flexibility and efficiency in managing and distributing their large-scale project assets.
