Now in Preview: Ziflow’s updated app inside monday.com

We’re excited to announce the latest enhancement to our integration within monday.com is now available in Preview, prior to our broad release in November. Ziflow’s all new in-app widget allows users to manage their entire creative proofing process directly within monday.com tasks. This update brings an easier, more efficient way to manage creative assets, eliminating file size restrictions and simplifying workflow automation:

  • Creative Operations Managers and Designers can create proofs and update versions directly within monday.com tasks without navigating to a separate application, through Ziflow’s “Create Proof” screen which now lives directly within a monday.com task.

  • Any monday.com user can track, manage, and view the progress of the assets in the approval process directly within the task itself. Every proof associated with a task is accessible within the "Ziflow Proofs" tab, increasing visibility and process transparency.

  • Upload nearly any creative file type, including large videos, live websites, and dynamic assets—without worrying about size or format limitations. Every file type that Ziflow supports can be uploaded directly within the monday.com task environment.

Like the earlier version of our integration, Ziflow’s powerful automation can update proof statuses, deadlines, and any other relevant columns in a monday.com board as the proof progresses through its review process, eliminating the need for manual tracking. But, with this new in-app widget, proofs and tasks are now immediately connected to one another, making it far easier to get the Ziflow and monday.com integration up-and-running.

Ziflow’s updated monday.com integration is now available in Preview, meaning that some functionality may not be available to all users. Gallery View: Collapse subfolders with only a click

As teams transition from using folders purely for file storage to utilizing them as a proxy for entire projects or campaigns, we want to ensure that the focus stays on reviewing proofs. To ensure that your reviewers stay focused on the proofs themselves—and not get lost in navigating folders—we’ve introduced a new feature to help simplify the view.

Starting this week, when viewing folders that contain subfolders in Gallery View, you’ll notice a collapsible carat ( > or ⌄ depending on the selection) at the left edge of the corresponding section. This will allow a reviewer to easily hide or reveal subfolders, creating a cleaner and more organized workspace. In addition, the state of the folders—collapsed or expanded—will be remembered, so when the reviewer returns to the view, it will be just the way they left it.

New setting: Sign-in period controls for Electronic signatures

With this release, Ziflow is introducing a new setting that will help streamline the process for proofs requiring electronic signatures. Admins can now select from a range of pre-set timeframes using the “Electronic Signatures: Single Credential Expiry Period" setting, to speed up the signing process for users while maintaining security.

This new setting controls how long after the last signed proof a user can continue signing additional proofs using just one credential (e.g., their email address): 0 minutes (i.e. login required after each signature), 15 minutes (the default setting), 30 minutes, 1 hour, and 2 hours.

During the selected period, users will only need to enter their email address for signature verification, which will be pre-populated in the field, making the process quicker and smoother. After the expiration period, the user will need to fully sign in again for continued security.
