Using Ziflow within monday.com lets you manage the entire proofing process inside your monday.com tasks. This integration simplifies creative asset management and makes workflow automation more efficient.

Create proofs with Ziflow in monday.com

To create proofs from the Ziflow widget:

  1. Open monday.com.

  2. Create a new item or select an existing item, open the item page, and select the Ziflow Proofs tab. You may need to sign into Ziflow. 
    Note: If you have trouble signing in, verify that you have third-party cookies enabled in your browser.

  3. Select Create proof(s)
  4. Add the files you want to review and enter the information you need to start your review the same as you would in Ziflow. Select Create. For step-by-step instructions, see Create a proof review.
  5. [Optional] You can create multiple proofs within a single monday.com item.

View monday.com fields in Ziflow

Proofs created through the Ziflow widget include integration fields. You can see monday.com item details and open the item in monday.com in Ziflow under the Integrations tab.

Manage proofs and create new versions

From the Ziflow Proofs tab in monday.com items, you can manage linked proofs or create new versions. To use these options, you must be the proof owner or have manage/share permissions.

Open the monday.com item and select the options menu (…):

  • Open proof: Opens the proof in edit mode in the Ziflow dashboard.
  • Share for review: Invites new reviewers without leaving monday.com.
  • Copy link: Copy the proof link.
  • Create new version: Prompts you for a new version of the file, uploads the file, and starts a new proof version.
  • Remove from item: Unlinks the proof from the monday.com item.

Additional information

Can I connect monday.com to multiple Ziflow accounts?

You can only connect to one Ziflow account.  Connecting to multiple monday.com accounts is not currently supported. 

 

Migrate from custom properties to integration properties

If you have an existing integration with monday.com using custom properties to link monday.com to Ziflow proofs and would like to use the Ziflow widget, you need to migrate from custom properties to integration properties.
