Update to visual design, look and feel of Proof Status icons

We’re excited to announce an update to the visual design and look and feel of Proof Status icons in Ziflow. This enhancement is aimed at making it easier for users to quickly distinguish between the proof’s aggregated status and individual reviewer decision statuses.

Moving forward, Proof Status will be displayed in a “pill” shaped, fully shaded icon, versus non-circled text for Reviewer Decision, to visually differentiate between the current, calculated status of the proof (inclusive of all decisions) and a reviewer’s personal decision status related to the proof.

While our user interface is already highly regarded for its clarity and usability, these visual updates will make it even easier for users to grasp the status of proofs at a glance. By enhancing the distinction between aggregated proof status and individual decision status, we’re helping users to make quicker, more informed decisions.

Improvements to our monday.com integration: a new version in a task can create a new version in the associated proof

With this release, Ziflow’s integration with monday.com now supports version “mirroring” between a task in monday.com and the corresponding proof in Ziflow. monday.com’s file structure allows for different versions of associated assets to be maintained within a single task. Now, when you add a new version to a creative project task in monday.com that is associated with a Ziflow proof, it will automatically create a new version within the connected proof in Ziflow. This ensures a 1:1 relationship between versions across both platforms.

This enhancement ensures that both monday.com and Ziflow can serve as reliable sources of truth for version control. By maintaining synchronized versions, you can confidently manage and track the evolution of your creative assets, knowing that updates in one platform will be accurately reflected in the other.
