During a review, you can mark comments as resolved to indicate that no further action is needed.

Resolved comments display a green checkmark icon.

Resolve or reopen a comment

1. Select the Resolve icon on a comment.
   The icon turns green, to indicate that the comment is resolved.
   
   
    
2. Ziflow automatically sends an email notification to participants about the resolution.
3. To reopen the comment, select the green Resolve icon again so it is no longer green.

View unresolved markups

To display only unresolved comments in the Comments list:

1. Select the Filter icon.
2. Choose Unresolved to show all comments that still need attention.
