You can approve creative content on your mobile device. Ziflow’s HTML5-based Proof Viewer works directly in your mobile browser with no app required.

Open proofs from any proof notification email on your device and complete reviews, including adding comments, markups, and decisions.

In the Ziflow Proof Viewer on mobile, you can:

• Add comments, replies, and markup
• Display comments/replies with markups
• Like, label, resolve, and react to comments
• Use checklists
• Submit decisions or complete a review
• Display different proof versions
• View proof assets
• Zoom in/out
• Download original file
• Export comments and markup to PDF
• Set your notification preferences
• Adjust the Proof Viewer mobile settings

Add comments, replies, and markup

Open comments

To open comments, tap the + located in the upper-right corner of the mobile screen. If there are existing comments, you can also tap Show at the bottom-right of your screen.

Add markup and comments

To add markup, select a markup tool from the menu below the comment box and tap or drag over the proof image.  Enter your comment or reply  in the text box and tap the blue arrow at the bottom-right to post. See Add comments and markup.

Display comments/replies with markups

If there are comments or replies with markups added to the proof, tap the markup or pin to jump to the comment or scroll through the comments.

Like, label, resolve, and react to comments

Use the icons in each comment to like, apply labels, or resolve comments. 

Use the Options menu (three dots) to:

• Copy comment text to your clipboard
• Mark a comment as read/unread
• Copy a link directly to the comment
• Remove your comment

Use checklists

Checklists allow you to review items consistently and track your progress.

Select the checklist icon to open your checklists in the Proof Viewer.

A progress bar at the top of the checklist shows the total number of items and how many have been reviewed (the color indicates passed, failed, and reviewed). Hover over the bar to see a breakdown. 

• For Pass/Fail items, select the checkmark to pass or the X to fail.
• For single checkbox items, select the checkmark to confirm you've reviewed it.

Your avatar will appear next to the item once selected.

Expand the checklist item to read the description for each. Select Expand all to expand all checklist item descriptions. 

Submit decisions or a complete review

To complete your review, tap the blue checkmark located in the upper-right corner of the mobile screen to submit your decision.

Display different proof versions

You can switch the proof version (if more than one exists) from the drop-down menu at the top of the screen.

View proof assets

A combined proof includes multiple assets in a single proof. Any decision or review you make applies to all assets.

To see individual assets, select the view proof assets icon to display thumbnails and switch between them.

Zoom in/out

Zoom in and out of static proofs using mobile gestures (pinch and spread with your fingers).

Download original file

From the main menu, choose Download original to download a copy of the original file. This option may not be available depending on your proof settings.

Export comments and markup to PDF

From the main menu, choose Export  to export a proof report or the comments and markup. See Export proof report or PDF with comments.

Set your notification preferences

From the main menu, choose Notifications to change how you want to be notified about proof activity. See Changing Notification Preferences in the Ziflow Viewer.

Adjust the Proof Viewer mobile settings

From the main menu, choose Proof Viewer settings to change your personal settings for the proof. These changes will not affect how others see the proof.
