After you set up ReviewAI on your checklist and add the checklist to a proof, you are ready to run ReviewAI.

1. Open a proof, with a checklist and ReviewAI enabled, in the Proof Viewer.
2. Open the checklist panel.

3. Select ReviewAI.

   

4. Wait while ReviewAI analyzes the asset against each checklist item description.
   ReviewAI highlights its suggestions, creates suggested comments, and when completed, changes the ReviewAI button to AI checked.
   You cannot run ReviewAI again unless you reset the checklist.
   
   
    

ReviewAI, like all AI tools, can make mistakes. Human review is an important component to the workflow to refine AI reliability. The reliability of ReviewAI depends on how well prompts are written. Clear, unambiguous prompts produce better results.

To view more details about the AI suggestion, expand the checklist item. ReviewAI includes text explaining why ReviewAI made its suggestion. Use this to refine your prompt descriptions.

Verify ReviewAI results

Your feedback improves ReviewAI accuracy for your account over time. In the Checklist panel, review the AI’s suggestions for each item. 

For each checklist item:

1. Select Pass or Fail manually to verify or change the suggestion as required. When you do so, the suggestion changes to your decision. You can still view the AI suggestion by expanding the checklist item.
   If you change it back, the AI highlighting reappears.
2. Choose to post or ignore ReviewAI's suggested comments when you manually verify the checklist items. 
3. Continue until all checklist items are human reviewed.

ReviewAI suggested comments

When you run ReviewAI, it creates suggested comments with pins or markups based on its analyses. ReviewAI suggested comments display in the comments section of the Proof Viewer as user "ReviewAI". 

ReviewAI-suggested comments that apply to a page without a specific markup location (for example, a missing disclaimer) are displayed as pins beside the proof when Show comments as pins is enabled. 

When you verify the checklist item suggestions, you can choose to post or ignore the suggested comments.

When you a post ReviewAI suggested comment, the comment author changes from ReviewAI to your name, and you verify the checklist item, indicating that you agree with ReviewAI's suggested result.
