Your proofs and checklists will not be used to train AI models for AI services for other Ziflow customers. Ziflow does not permit third-party AI services (like OpenAI or Google) to use your data to train or tune their models.

If you choose to use ReviewAI, your data will be processed by one of our third-party AI service providers (currently GPT-5 from OpenAI and Gemini 2.5 from Google).

ReviewAI uses specific data from your workspace to generate suggestions. The table below summarizes what data is used, when it is sent to the AI service, and for what purpose.

  • Checklist item prompt descriptions for checklist item improvements.

Will I lose AI-generated results if I disable ReviewAI?
No. All proofs that already had results will remain showing the results. You will lose access to performing new ReviewAI runs

Can I opt out of third-party AI services?
