About folders

Folders in Ziflow provide a way to group proofs and manage access. Their core function is the same across all paid plans, but some features, like Gallery and Canvas views, are available only on specific plan levels.

Organizational structure

Available on: Standard Pro Enterprise

Folders offer a basic way to organize proofs. Grouping proofs into folders helps teams navigate large volumes of work and align the workspace with existing project structures. Folders do not change how proofs function; they only change how they are arranged and accessed within the interface.

Gallery and Canvas views

Available on: Pro Enterprise

Proofs stored in folders can be opened for review together as a Gallery or a Canvas. Your reviewers can view the proofs in that folder and switch between items without returning to the Dashboard. Folder and proof access permissions dictate who can see which proofs, so check your settings.

Gallery and Canvas views rely on the folder structure. Only proofs stored in the same folder, will appear in the gallery or canvas.

Archived items and folders are not visible in Gallery and Canvas views.
