Ziflow users with the correct permissions can add and remove users during the review and change reviewer roles and notifications.

Add reviewers

Reviewers added to the proof will receive an email notification with a link that opens the proof in the Proof Viewer.

1. Open the Proof details of a proof and select the + in the stage where you want to add a new reviewer.
   
   
    
2. To add reviewers:
   If the reviewer you want to add is registered in your Ziflow account, Ziflow will populate their email address when you begin typing their name. To add reviewers to your account, see Add users and contacts to Ziflow.
   If you want to invite someone not registered in your account, enter a valid email address and select the + button.
   
   
3. Set their permissions and select Done.

 Remove reviewers

Removing a reviewer only removes them from the selected stage. They won’t receive a notification, and any previously sent links will no longer work.

Note: You cannot remove the proof owner. See Transferring Account Owner Role.

1. Open the Proof details page of your proof, select the Options menu (three dots) next to the reviewer you want to remove, and choose Delete.
   
   
2. Select Delete to confirm that you wish to remove the reviewer
    

Change reviewer roles and notifications

You can change reviewer roles and their notification settings. For more information about user roles, see Ziflow user roles and permissions and Understand proof reviewer permissions.

1. Open the Proof details page of your proof, select the Options menu (three dots) next to the reviewer you want to remove, and choose Edit.
   
   
    
2. Change the settings and select Done. See Add reviewers for more information on reviewer settings.
