Add users, guests, and lite users

Ziflow administrators can add users and guests to Ziflow in the People tab. Lite user seats can be purchased additionally for Enterprise edition.

You can create three types of collaborators in Ziflow:

  • Users - Users can create and manage their proofs, groups, and flows. Administrators can add or delete users and grant additional permissions or roles to a user.

  • Guests  - A guest is anyone who is not a licensed user within an account. Guests can participate in the review and approval process by being added as a guest reviewer by the proof creator. All Ziflow users can add guests. 

  • Lite users - (Enterprise only) People who can access the Ziflow dashboard, but cannot create or manage content.

Note: Your edition and plan determines the number of users, guests, or lite users you can add. To view your usage and limits, see Monitoring Storage, Proof, and User Count.

  1. Log into Ziflow as an administrator and select the People tab. The People page opens.
  2. Select Add and choose to add either a user or a guest. Enterprise accounts with lite user licenses may also choose lite user.

  3. Fill in the required fields. For users and lite users, you will see the number of seats available.

  4. (optional) Select + Add another user/guest to add more users/guests.
     
  5. When you are done, select Add user/guest.
    Ziflow adds the user/guest to your People list You can assign permissions and add them to groups. Users creating proofs can add them as reviewers from a drop-down list.

    Note: Users will receive an email notification. Guests only receive a notification when they are added to a proof.

 

After you add a user

The user will receive an email notification like the one shown below. From this point, the rest of the registration process is completed by the invited user/s.



A registration form opens when the invited user selects Confirm your email. The fields you entered when you added the user are already filled in.



When the user selects Sign in, they are automatically logged in and can begin to use Ziflow.
