Users

Users are internal team members with full access to Ziflow features. Users require a paid license (seat).

Users are part of your organization’s Ziflow account. They can log in, create and manage content, and access all features allowed by their assigned role and permissions. Users have their own profile and  can update personal information and manage personal settings like time zone and notifications.

When you create a Ziflow user, you also assign them a role.

For Pro and Enterprise editions, you can choose User, Manager, Billing, or Admin roles.

For Free and Standard editions, you can choose Manager, Billing, or Admin roles.

For more information, see Ziflow default roles and permissions.

Guests

Guests are review-only participants who don’t need a Ziflow login. You can add as many guests as you need.

Guests are people outside your organization who need to review or approve content. They don’t log into a Ziflow account, but instead receive a link via email that takes them directly to the proof.

If you have first-time guests who needs additional guidance with Ziflow, send them this link in our Help Center: Open proofs as a Guest.

Lite users

Lite user seats are an add-on purchase available for Enterprise edition. Contact your Customer Success representative or Support for more information.

Lite users can log into a Ziflow account but have read-only or limited access. Lite users have their own profile and can update personal information and manage personal settings like time zone and notifications. For a full list of Lite user permissions, see Ziflow user roles and permissions
