We are excited to introduce our new Dashboard 2.0. The new layout has been designed to enhance your user experience, providing improved navigation, increased efficiency, and a more intuitive interface. In this article, we will walk you through the key features of the new dashboard and guide you on how to switch between the old and new versions.

The purpose of this guide is to assist Ziflow administrators in activating Dashboard 2.0 in their accounts. Once this new feature is enabled for your users, you can also share this article to educate them on switching between the old and new experience.

Before you enable Dashboard 2.0, we suggest notifying your users about the upcoming changes and letting them know where to find information about the new Dashboard 2.0 and the key differences between old and new experiences.

You can start by opening your account settings from the Ziflow dashboard level.

Please go to the General tab once you're in the account settings.

Inside the General settings, there is a section called Ziflow 2.0.

To activate the updated experience, you can just switch on the first setting. Additionally, you can allow users to change between different dashboard experiences by toggling the second option.

If you give users the option to switch between old and new dashboards, you can provide them with a helpful guide on how to do so. The guide below will explain the process of switching between experiences.

Users can switch between the old experience and the new Dashboard 2.0 in just a few clicks.

To switch to Ziflow Dashboard 2.0, click on your avatar image in the right-upper corner of the dashboard and select the Switch to Ziflow 2.0 button.

To return to the previous Ziflow dashboard, click on your avatar at the screen's bottom-left corner and then choose the option to Switch to the old experience.
