Loop playback for a ranged comment

Available on: Free Standard Pro Enterprise

When you open a comment with a time range on a video proof and turn on Loop playback, the video now repeats only that comment's range. The loop follows whichever ranged comment you have open. If the comment has no range, or the playhead is outside the range when you select play, Loop playback repeats the whole video as before.

Search comments from the first character

Available on: Free Standard Pro Enterprise

Comment search in the Proof Viewer now returns results from the first character you type, including symbols such as ?, !, and @. Search for ? to find every comment that asks a question. Clear the search to show all comments again.

Manage Live comments for your account

Available to administrators on: Enterprise

Ziflow administrators can now enable or disable Live comments for everyone in the organization from Settings > Proofing Settings > Comments. The setting is on by default.

Send a webhook when a checklist item is selected

Available on: Enterprise

You can now subscribe a webhook endpoint to the Checklist item selected event, in the Ziflow web app or through the API (checklist_item_selected). Ziflow sends the event whenever a reviewer sets a checklist item to Pass, Fail, Checked, or Not relevant, or clears it. The payload includes the checklist ID, checklist item ID, the selected value, the reviewer ID, and whether the value came from a ReviewAI suggestion. Endpoints set to send all events receive it automatically.

See why a proof matched your global search

Custom property and proof number search are Enterprise

Results in the Search proofs window now show what matched your search: the proof name, file name, an asset name, a custom property (Enterprise), or the proof number (Enterprise). Use this to pick the right proof without opening each result.

Sort proofs by final decision date

You can now sort the proof list on a view in your dashboard by Final decision date to find the most recently completed proofs.

The Mask sensitive data in all AI requests setting now appears in a new General section of Settings > Proofing Settings > AI features. The setting works the same way.

Log in to Ziflow plugins with a one-time code

Available on: Free Standard Pro Enterprise

When you log into a Ziflow plugin (Adobe, DaVinci Resolve Studio, Final Cut Pro X, or Figma), the plugin now shows a code and opens Ziflow in your browser. You don’t need to update or reinstall your plugin. 

Copy the code with the copy button, then paste or type it in the browser to finish logging in.

Connect Ziflow to a monday.com workspace (Private Preview)

Available in Private Preview on: Pro Enterprise

When you connect Ziflow to monday.com, you can now choose to connect your entire monday.com account to one Ziflow account, or connect only one workspace to one Ziflow account. Use this setup if multiple teams share one monday.com account with their own workspaces and each has their own Ziflow account.

Updated rendering for snapshot website proofs

Available on: Free Standard Pro Enterprise

Ziflow now uses an updated rendering engine to capture snapshot website proofs, which keeps your proofs on current, secure technology. Some web pages may look slightly different from earlier captures, for example in page size or layout. If you compare a new version with a version captured before this update, Auto Compare may highlight differences caused by the rendering change, not by changes to your website.
