Dashboard columns let you control which proof details appear in your Proofs list. They provide an additional way to locate, compare, and organize proofs based on the information that matters most to you.
To see columns, you must be in List view or Expanded view. See About the Dashboard Proofs list.

Each user manages their own dashboard columns in the Dashboard Proofs list. Column settings are user-specific and do not affect other users in the account.
- From the Dashboard Proofs list, select the view you want to adjust.
- Select Show to open the columns list.
- Select which columns are visible and adjust their order.
- Your column selections are saved with the active view and filter combination. If you switch to a different filter or view, you will need to adjust the columns again to match that context.
Arrange column order
To change the column order in the Proofs List, select Show to open the columns list and drag and drop columns into your preferred order. Changes are applied immediately and saved as part of the current view.

Summary: The Custom Views feature is another way for users to locate and organize proofs.
Available for: Business and Enterprise editions.Where is the feature setup? Custom Views can be managed by each user with Ziflow access on the main dashboard page.
How does it work?
Once you click on the Customize View icon, a dropdown menu will appear. There are 11 types of columns to choose from. You can select and organize the columns any way you like. You can also use the Sort by feature to identify proofs.
Simply drag and drop Available columns into the Selected columns table. You may also choose the order of the columns.
Once your custom view is configured, you can either click the Done button, which will apply the custom view immediately, or you can click the Save icon, which will store the custom view for future use.
If you decide to save the view, the Save as screen will pop up. Simply give it a name, adjust privacy settings, edit the column and sort settings, if needed, and click Create.

A user can select existing custom views by clicking the dropdown menu. Each user can select a default view, views shared by others, and personal views. The view can be also exported.
