Ziflow uses the progress indicators Sent, Opened, Commented, Decision to visually track each reviewer’s progress on a proof across all stages. These indicators appear as a horizontal progress bar for each reviewer.

SOCD progress indicators can be found on the Proof Details page and in email notifications.
| Letter | Description | Indicator turns green when |
| S | Sent | The proof notification email has been sent to the reviewer notifying them that they have a new proof. Shared across all stages. |
| O | Opened | The reviewer opens the proof. Shared across all stages. |
| C | Commented/Reviewed | The reviewer engages with the proof in a specific stage: • Light green = comment added only • Green = decision made or Complete review clicked |
| D | Decision | A decision is made in a specific stage. |
- C turns green when a decision is made, since that action is functionally equivalent to clicking Complete review.
- If a reviewer can’t make decisions, they’ll see the Complete review button instead—unless disabled.
View progress indicators
The Proof Details page displays the progress indicators for each reviewer.
Proof managers can see the progress of each reviewer.
You can also check the proof and stage status by looking at the progress indicators that are located above the reviewer's section.
The Dashboard Proof List also displays the proofs' progress status:
