Ziflow uses the progress indicators Sent, Opened, Commented, Decision to visually track each reviewer’s progress on a proof across all stages. These indicators appear as a horizontal progress bar for each reviewer.

  SOCD progress indicators can be found on the Proof Details page and in email notifications.

  

   

  Letter	Description	Indicator turns green when
  S	Sent	The proof notification email has been sent to the reviewer notifying them that they have a new proof. Shared across all stages.
  O	Opened	The reviewer opens the proof. Shared across all stages.
  C	Commented/Reviewed	The reviewer engages with the proof in a specific stage: • Light green = comment added only • Green = decision made or Complete review clicked
  D	Decision	A decision is made in a specific stage.

  • C turns green when a decision is made, since that action is functionally equivalent to clicking Complete review.
  • If a reviewer can’t make decisions, they’ll see the Complete review button instead—unless disabled.

  View progress indicators

  The Proof Details page displays the progress indicators for each reviewer.

  Proof managers can see the progress of each reviewer. 

  

   

  You can also check the proof and stage status by looking at the progress indicators that are located above the reviewer's section. 

  

  The Dashboard Proof List also displays the proofs' progress status:

  How does it work?

   

  Once the Proof Details page is open, it will display the progress indicators correlating with each reviewer.

  This layout allows proof managers to scan the progress of each reviewer quickly. Each letter/indicator from left to right has the following meanings:

   

  

  1. Sent - email has been sent to the reviewer notifying them that they have new proof to review.

      

  2. Opened - proof invitation email has been opened.

      

  3. Comment - comments have been made.

      

  4. Decision - reviewer submitted a decision or finished review on the proof.
