ReviewAI: Introducing Intelligent Automation for Creative Reviews
The highlight of this release was ReviewAI, now in public preview! ReviewAI helps teams streamline repetitive review tasks, so reviewers can spend more time and energy on the feedback that matters. We shared more details, like:
- AI verifies whether checklist items pass or fail, complete with rationale and confidence scores
- Perfect for brand compliance, content quality assurance, and regulatory checks
- Available as a paid add-on for select customers using Checklists

Next-Level Creative Reviews
We added more control, flexibility, and intelligence to the Proof Viewer to help teams review with confidence, whether on desktop or mobile. That includes:
- Edit & Reset Checklist Templates: Make edits directly from the Proof Viewer with a reset button to apply the new template instantly.
- New WYSIWYG Editor: Add rich descriptions to checklist items for clearer guidance.
- Customize your Proof Viewer background color: Easily view transparent images or artwork with your color of choice.
- Updates to Color Separation and Measurement Tools: Pixel-perfect decisions are now even easier.
- Enhancements Proof Viewer on Mobile: Review proofs with expanded controls and support for Checklists on the go.
We also offered a sneak preview of Proof Viewer’s newest feature: the ability to import comments left on a PDF. You can bring annotations from PDFs into Ziflow for review and resolution in only a few clicks.

Data That Works Harder
We brought even more power to your reporting and export workflows with enhancements to Ziflow’s CSV Export tool, including:
- Updated modal for a cleaner experience.
- Time zone and date format controls.
- File-format-specific reporting for asset types.
- Manager-level access for better team oversight.

Admin Controls and Clarity
We've also rolled out several updates to help admins better manage users, workflows, and team access. These included:
- People Tab improvements: Clearer distinction between Users and Guests.
- Proof Brief Editor upgrades: Eliminate formatting issues and structure briefs more consistently.
- New email token: Automatically insert Proof.Brief.Text into emails for quick communication.
- Mandatory Custom Properties: Apply validation from the intake level.
- Out of Office (GA): Mark yourself as unavailable to skip proof assignments.
- SCIM support: Pass user type information for automated provisioning.
Expanding Ziflow’s Ecosystem
With a goal of making Ziflow even more central to your creative workflows, we announced our all-new plugin for Figma (now in public preview), and delivered an amazing update to all of our creative plugins:
- Figma Plugin (in public preview): Send frames or artboards from Figma into Ziflow in a few clicks.
- “Changes required” filter in Creative Plugins: Easily see which proofs require changes in Figma, any of your Adobe Creative Cloud apps, or Final Cut Pro X.
