Comment assistance can be used by all reviewers invited to the proof. While adding a comment or reply, reviewers can @mention comment assistance or select it from comment tools.

For example, comment assistance can give you alternative phrases or wording to convey your intended message better. 

1. Select comment assistance from the comments tools in the Proof Viewer.
   
   
   
   
   
2. While adding a new comment/reply, select the comment assistance icon from the comments tools and then give it a command or ask a question.

Highlight text with an annotation tool and describe what you want comment assistance to do, such as translate, summarize, check for errors, or generate ideas.

Distinguish comment assistance replies from human comments

Replies added by comment assistance are marked with a special icon, so it is easier to differentiate them from other comments.

Comment assistance email notifications

Ziflow notifications, including replies added by comment assistance, also have the same special icon indicating that comment assistance added the response. Please note that notifications sent to reviewers are based on the type of activity setting applied on the proof level.

If you're using the export comments to PDF feature, replies added by comment assistannce are indicated.
