Introducing Ziflow 2.0, our all-new creative workflow dashboard

With this release, we are thrilled to unveil Ziflow 2.0, featuring a fresh user interface (UI) design that brings a cleaner and more intuitive experience to our users. Here's what's new:

  • Revamped UI: We've relocated key elements and refined the experience to create a cleaner and easier-to-use interface. The design enhancements provide a more visually appealing environment, allowing you to focus on your creative reviews and tasks with greater clarity and efficiency. And enjoy enhanced selection of multiple reviews without the need for checkboxes.

  • Improved Filtering Engine: Our filtering engine has been rebuilt to make it even easier for you to organize and identify creative reviews. Effortlessly sort and filter your projects to quickly find the ones you need, ensuring a far better workflow management experience.

  • Introducing Grid View: Experience the all-new "grid view" that showcases larger, clickable thumbnails. With this enhanced view, you can easily navigate through your creative assets and gain a comprehensive overview of your projects with only a click.

  • Streamlined Review Creation: Creating a new review is now more streamlined than ever before. Benefit from improved drag-and-drop capabilities that allow for seamless file uploads, and navigate through each section of review settings in a smoother and more efficient way.

  • Revamped Review Details Screen: The review details screen has undergone a comprehensive revamp, offering a refreshed and modernized layout. Additionally, auto-saving functionality has been implemented to ensure that your changes are automatically saved, minimizing the risk of data loss.

Ziflow Connect 2.0, our updated and easier-to-use engine for software integrations

With this release, we are thrilled to introduce Ziflow Connect 2.0, packed with updated elements that make app integration and task engagement even more seamless and efficient. Here's what you’ll find in our new engine for software integrations, inside of Ziflow 2.0:

  • Redesigned Menu: We've made it easier than ever to add new apps to your Ziflow ecosystem with a redesigned menu. Explore a wide range of integrations and effortlessly connect them to enhance your creative workflow.

  • Improved New Review Flow: Experience enhanced efficiency in the New Review flow as we introduce seamless task integration. Quickly locate and associate project elements from connected apps, ensuring a streamlined review process.

  • Enhanced Review Details Screen: On the Review Details screen, you'll find an enhanced details panel that provides essential project information. Access project name, status, responsible parties, and the dedicated Slack channel right from the details panel. Additionally, we've included a quick-link to the task itself, allowing for quick and easy task engagement.

Update to Ziflow Connect event: New “Deadline changed” trigger

With this release, we’ve expanded the options available within the "Stage Change" event with a new “Deadline changed” trigger. In addition to triggers like "Reviewer Added," "Reviewer Removed," and "Stage Locked," you can now leverage the Deadline changed trigger to automate actions based on changes to project deadlines.

We understand that deadlines can shift, and keeping stakeholders informed about project delays may not always be top priority or top-of-mind. By enabling automation with the Deadline Changed trigger, you can ensure that stakeholders are promptly notified whenever a project deadline is modified. This feature provides peace of mind, allowing you to proactively communicate any changes and manage expectations effectively.

Whenever an article has a flow event configuration step, a new trigger is included for the updated stage deadline change.

New Zibot: Send an customized email with any trigger event

We’ve added an exciting addition to Ziflow's automation capabilities: the Send Email Zibot. Zibots are configurable, repeatable actions that impact various aspects of your creative workflow, compatible with numerous external applications through our Ziflow Connect architecture. This new Send Email Zibot empowers you to send emails triggered by almost anything in your creative workflow.

For example, you can send an email to your review team if there’s been a change in a deadline, if an external collaborator has been added to the review process, or seemingly any other significant event that would normally act as a trigger to spur one of our other Zibots into action.

The Send Email Zibot can be customized in the same way as other areas where Ziflow can notify team members via email, using a similar interface replete with mail merge tokens that populate relevant information based on the specifics of the review.

Updates to Single Sign On login flow, user invitation acceptance

We’ve enhanced Ziflow’s Single Sign On experience with this release, with an eye towards streamlining user access and improving user onboarding.

Single Sign On should be an experience free of roadblocks. In the past, when inviting a new user to your SSO-enabled instance of Ziflow, they were prompted to provide a password, which is ultimately unnecessary in a single-sign on environment. With this week’s release, this step has been eliminated, allowing users to more easily join SSO-enabled tenants.
