Set a deadline accurately to the hour in an automated workflow

The deadline on a workflow stage can now be set with hourly accuracy within a business day, helping you coordinate project timelines with greater precision. Previously, completing a stage with a few hours' deadline could be a challenge, given that the level of accuracy was only narrowed down to the same day or a configurable number of business days. With this update, managers will be able to add a deadline to a stage that is accurate to the hour, providing greater flexibility and control over your project timelines.

Copy Comments feature now contains the option to include comment replies

Compare Mode within Ziflow’s Proof Viewer is a powerful tool for teams wishing to collaborate on an asset with multiple versions. The Copy Comment feature makes it easy to copy a main comment from one version of an asset and paste it into another.

With this update, reviewers can now easily copy and transfer entire comment threads, making the review process more efficient and effective. Now, when a reviewer clicks to copy a comment, they’re presented with two options: to copy the single entry, or include the entire thread of replies beneath that comment. When pasting into the new version, the entire comment thread is copied over as well (with each reply separated by a horizontal line), ensuring that all important information is seamlessly transferred between versions.

API: Support for folder shareable links

We’ve made an exciting adjustment to Ziflow’s developer API in a recent release: the ability for customers to access the shareable link for a folder via an API call, as well as update the sharing settings via the same method. With this update, an API “get” call can be used to gather the shareable URL for a folder along with the current sharing setting. An API “put” call can change the folder sharing settings to either public, restricted, or disabled.
