AI-powered creative collaboration with ZiflowAI

We're thrilled to introduce ZiflowAI, an innovative chatbot built into our award-winning Proof Viewer. With this powerful new tool, you can easily collaborate with your review team and generate fresh ideas to take your creative projects to the next level.

Using ZiflowAI is simple: just click the "AI" button in the formatting ribbon or mention "@AI" in a comment or reply. Once activated, you can ask ZiflowAI a question or request in a conversational way, and within seconds it will respond with a text-based message that will inspire your team and help you arrive at creative solutions faster than ever before.

ZiflowAI is incredibly versatile, whether you're brainstorming new concepts for a tagline, discussing website copy, providing feedback on designs, or anything in between. And with our helpful "How To" article available in our Help Center, you'll have all the information you need to get started with this exciting new feature.

Our improved Asana integration—available as an add-on in Asana’s app marketplace

Ziflow’s integration with Asana is now better than ever, thanks to the powerful new features powered by our new add-on in Asana's app marketplace. With these enhancements, your team can create proofs directly from within Asana tasks, making it easier than ever to manage your creative workflows and keep everyone on the same page.

In addition, once this new two-way connection is enabled, your team can easily link existing Asana tasks with proofs in Ziflow, streamlining your creative review process and keeping your projects moving forward. With real-time syncing of progress and status updates between the two solutions, you can be sure that everyone on your team is always up to date and working from a single source of truth.

Improved security and identity management via Two-Factor Authentication

With this release, we’ve added Two-Factor Authentication to Ziflow, providing an additional layer of security and improved identity management for your users. With this feature, Ziflow admins can now request an extra verification step when users log in to the platform. This will help prevent unauthorized access to your creative assets, and will give your IT security team increased peace of mind.

To set up Two-Factor Authentication, users can simply choose one of several well-known authenticator apps, such as Duo Mobile, Microsoft Authenticator, Twilio Authy, or Google Authenticator, and configure it using a unique QR code. Moving forward, each time they log in to Ziflow, your users will be prompted to prove their identity through the app each time they attempt to access Ziflow.

New Comment Reactions—for when a “thumbs up” isn’t expressive enough

With this release, we’ve added new Comment Reactions to Ziflow's Proof Viewer, giving you even more ways to communicate and collaborate with your team. In addition to the existing “Like” button, you can now choose from three new options to quickly and easily convey your thoughts and feelings on a particular comment.

For designers, the “Insightful” reaction is perfect for tagging feedback that provides valuable insights and suggestions. For design leaders, the “Reject” reaction can help ensure that certain suggestions don't influence the next version of the asset. And for reviewers, the “Verify” reaction lets them quickly confirm that a requested change was addressed in the new version.

More stringent access controls through IP Allowlisting

With this release, we're introducing IP Allowlisting, a powerful tool that allows Ziflow admins to specify a set of locations on the internet from which users can access the platform.

IP Allowlisting works by letting you create a customized allow list of IP addresses. Simply enter a range of addresses, and only users logging in from within those approved locations will be authorized to access Ziflow. This additional safeguard is optional and can be used in conjunction with your standard user access protocols (login name, password, proof subscription settings, etc.), ensuring that your creative workflow is fully compliant with your company's IT security policies.

Improvements to Proof Viewer: New Batch Review asset navigator, text-selection via expanding rectangle

Alongside the major upgrades listed above, this release includes two small yet impactful improvements to Ziflow's Proof Viewer.

The first enhancement is visible when using text annotation while making a comment. Previously, selecting text in a continuous block could cause issues when text was incorrectly configured across multiple columns. With this release, reviewers can now hold the Shift key on their keyboard to switch to a "rectangle text selection" mode with lasso-like behavior, which allows for precise selection of only the block of text included within the rectangle.

The second upgrade is to the asset navigator panel in Batch Review proofs. We've streamlined the panel to be more minimalistic, with hover-over behavior that makes navigation smoother and less intrusive. Clicking on the selector button or the hover menu will reveal the larger asset navigation panel.
