Sometimes it’s easier to say it than write it. With live voice comments, reviewers can record feedback directly in a comment and attach it for playback. If you use the Google Chrome browser, the recording is automatically transcribed into text and summarized using AI. This makes it easier to capture detailed, nuanced feedback and speed up comment creation. For more information, see Live comments (Private Preview).

Improved performance for Global Search

Available for: Licensed users on all Ziflow editions.

We’ve optimized how Ziflow's Global Search queries proofs to significantly improve performance, particularly for accounts with a high number of proofs or complex search queries.

Previously, each search term generated a separate regular expression query for every searchable field. Now, search terms are combined into a single regular expression per field, resulting in faster query performance and reduced likelihood of timeouts.

For more information on Global Search, see Find your proofs.

Canvas view vertical layout

Available on: Pro Enterprise

Canvas view now includes a vertical layout option that displays proofs in a top-to-bottom structure, making it easier to understand proof order and relationships within a campaign and give a slide-like effect. Switch to the new layout option using the layout toggle in Canvas view. For more information, see View proofs in Canvas view

Re-run test prompts across multiple proofs

Last release we expanded prompt testing in ReviewAI so you can test prompt changes on several proofs. You can now re-run an edited prompt against a set of recent proofs that already have human-reviewed results. This helps you quickly assess how reliable your prompt is before rolling it out. For more information, see Test prompt descriptions.
