Bulk decisions

(Public Preview)

Bulk decisions is now in Public preview, and we’ve added several enhancements to make high‑volume reviewing faster and more controlled.

Bulk decisions let you apply a single decision to multiple proofs at once—no more opening each proof just to repeat the same action. This means faster decisions for high-volume teams and less clicking and repetition.

Bulk decisions from the Dashboard

Available to licensed users on Free Standard Pro Enterprise

When enabled, you can:

  • Select multiple proofs from the Dashboard
  • Apply one decision to all selected proofs from the bulk actions bar

Approve large batches of proofs that require the same outcome quickly. For more information, see Make bulk decisions on multiple proofs.

Control bulk decisions setting

To give your organization flexibility to balance control with efficiency across your account, your Ziflow admin can turn bulk decisions on or off at the organization level.

From Settings, you can:

  • Enable bulk decisions for speed
  • Disable them to require reviewers to open each proof

For more information, see Configure default proofing settings.

Decisions in Gallery view

(Public Preview)

Available on Enterprise

Reviewers can now work directly from Gallery View to move through large volumes of proofs more efficiently.

  • Review from a visual, thumbnail-based layout
  • Reduce the need to open individual proofs

For more information, see Make decisions in Gallery view.

Controls for Gallery view decisions

Admins can define decision controls for reviewers in Gallery View:

  • Allow individual decisions
  • Allow bulk decisions
  • Or restrict both

For more information, see Configure default proofing settings.

Premiere Pro plugin: accurate syncing for partial exports

Available on: Free Standard Pro Enterprise

When you create a proof using Source In/Out or Work Area, Ziflow now captures the segment’s position within the full sequence and stores it as metadata.

That offset is then used during review to keep playback in sync.

What’s changed:

  • The start offset of the exported segment is captured automatically
  • Offset is stored with the proof as metadata
  • During review in the plugin, playback aligns correctly with the original sequence
  • If you export the Entire Source, the offset is set consistently (zero or equivalent behavior).

Why this matters

  • Timeline position is preserved
  • Reviews match what you see in Premiere

For more information, see Ziflow Adobe plugin.

Checklist comments now stay linked when duplicating proofs

Checklists are available on Enterprise.

We’ve made proof duplication more reliable when you’re working with checklists.

Now, when you duplicate a proof that has comments linked to checklist items:

  • All comments are copied into the new proof.
  • Their links to the corresponding checklist items are preserved wherever possible.
  • If a specific checklist item from the original proof doesn’t exist in the new proof, the comment is still duplicated—only that single checklist link is skipped.

This means your review workflows stay consistent, with comments and checklists remaining aligned in the new proof.

Notifications when making folders public

Private folders are available on: Pro Enterprise

You’ll now see clear messages whenever a private folder is about to become public—no matter how you move it.

When you move private folders (from the menu, drag-and-drop, or a bulk move) into public folders, you will see a notification letting you know that the move will make your private folder and all its contents public.

Figma plugin: filter your proofs faster

Available on: Free Standard Pro Enterprise

Finding the right proof in Figma just got a lot faster.

With the “My Proofs from Figma” filter, you can view only the proofs you created directly from the Figma plugin. No more scrolling through everyone else’s proofs to find your own work.

For more information, see Use the Figma plugin.
