Disable ReviewAI

When your Ziflow administrator disables ReviewAI, ReviewAI will not be available on your proofs, but existing ReviewAI content remains accessible.

When ReviewAI is disabled, automated workflows using ReviewAI Zibots will fail.

1. Log into Ziflow. Select your user avatar and choose Settings > Proof Settings > AI features.
2. Toggle Enable ReviewAI for checklists to the off setting.
3. Select Save changes.
   The change is reflected immediately. 
   
   

Configure who can view ReviewAI comments

Your Ziflow administrator can manage whether your ReviewAI comments can be viewed by:

• Reviewers and Proof managers
• Proof managers

A proof manager can be:

• An Admin or Manager in your organization
• A reviewer assigned Manage privileges on the proof

1. Log into Ziflow. Select your user avatar and choose Settings > Proof Settings > AI features.
2. In Show ReviewAI suggested comments for, choose from the drop-down list.
3. Select Save changes.
   The change is reflected the next time your users log in.
   
   

Mask sensitive data in AI requests

Ziflow administrators can turn on Mask sensitive data in all AI requests to route AI requests including Review AI, Live Comments, and Comment assistance, through a masking guardrail that strips personal data (names, emails, phone numbers, addresses, credit card numbers, etc.) before it reaches the underlying model. EU tenants have this setting on by default; US tenants have it off by default.

When this setting is enabled, it may effect prompt performance.

1. Log into Ziflow. Select your user avatar and choose Settings > Proof Settings > AI features.
2. Toggle Mask sensitive data in all AI requests to the on setting.
3. Select Save changes.
   The change is reflected immediately.

Enable/disable Live comments AI summary

Available on: Enterprise

This setting applies to accounts signed up for Live comments (Private Preview). When AI summary is disabled, Live comments produce a transcript and a recording, but not an AI summary of what was said.

Ziflow administrators can turn AI-generated comment summaries in Live Comments on or off.

1. Log into Ziflow. Select your user avatar and choose Settings > Proof Settings > AI features.
2. Toggle Summarize live comments with AI to the on or off setting.
3. Select Save changes.
   The change is reflected immediately. Existing AI summaries are not removed.

Enable Comment assistance (@AI )

Available on:Standard Pro Enterprise

Enable comment assistance to provide additional feedback and suggestions during the review. Read more about Use comment assistance.

1. Log into Ziflow. Select your user avatar and choose Settings > Proof Settings > AI features.
2. Toggle Enable comment assistance to the on setting.
3. Select Save changes.
   The change is reflected immediately.
