Manage AI feature settings

Your Ziflow administrator can control AI features including disabling ReviewAI for all users, managing who can view ReviewAI suggested comments, and enabling comment assistance.

Disable ReviewAI

When your Ziflow administrator disables ReviewAI, ReviewAI will not be available on your proofs, but existing ReviewAI content remains accessible.

When ReviewAI is disabled, automated workflows using ReviewAI Zibots will fail.

  1. Log into Ziflow. Select your user avatar and choose Settings > Proof Settings > AI features.
  2. Toggle Enable ReviewAI for checklists to the off setting.
  3. Select Save changes.
    The change is reflected immediately.

Configure who can view ReviewAI comments

Your Ziflow administrator can manage whether your ReviewAI comments can be viewed by:

  • Reviewers and Proof managers
  • Proof managers

A proof manager can be:

  • An Admin or Manager in your organization
  • A reviewer assigned Manage privileges on the proof
  1. Log into Ziflow. Select your user avatar and choose Settings > Proof Settings > AI features.
  2. In Show ReviewAI suggested comments for, choose from the drop-down list.
  3. Select Save changes.
    The change is reflected the next time your users log in.

Enable Comment assistance (@AI )

Available on: Standard Pro Enterprise

Enable comment assistance to provide additional feedback and suggestions during the review. Read more about Use comment assistance.

  1. Log into Ziflow. Select your user avatar and choose Settings > Proof Settings > AI features.
  2. Toggle Enable comment assistance to the on setting.
  3. Select Save changes.
    The change is reflected immediately.
