Feature: Gallery and Canvas view

When you’re working with more than one proof, jumping in and out of individual reviews can slow everything down. That’s where Gallery view and Canvas view come in. Both let you review proofs by folder, so you can see related assets together and move through them with purpose.

Available on Pro and Enterprise, these views are built for campaigns, projects, and large creative sets.

Gallery view is structured and efficient. It shows all proofs in a folder as thumbnails, so you can:

• Review multiple proofs in one place
• Open assets quickly without leaving the flow
• View helpful metadata like status, progress, deadlines, and reviewer info
• Sort and resize thumbnails to fit how you work

Canvas view is visual and flexible. It turns your folder into an interactive workspace where you can:

• Arrange proofs freely like a whiteboard
• Compare variants side by side
• Resize assets or apply preset layouts
• See entire campaigns or creative sets at once

You can switch between Gallery and Canvas view, share Gallery view with reviewers, and open any proof into the Proof Viewer to comment or make decisions. All permissions still apply, so access stays controlled.
