How ReviewAI works
ReviewAI analysis starts with your Ziflow checklists. It uses prompts that you add to your checklist items and compares those specified requirements against the proof content. After analyzing your proof, ReviewAI suggests whether each checklist item should pass or fail based on the information in the prompt.
The quality of ReviewAI suggestions depends on how clearly prompts are written. Clear, specific instructions produce more reliable results than vague or subjective wording.
Human review is still required
ReviewAI suggestions are not final decisions.
Reviewers:
- confirm correct suggestions
- override incorrect suggestions
Human validation is an important part of the workflow because ReviewAI learns reliability patterns based on reviewer agreement.
Data privacy
ReviewAI uses third-party AI services, but your data is never used to train or tune those models. It remains private and is only processed within your Ziflow environment to support your review workflows.
When to use ReviewAI
ReviewAI works best for structured, rules-based checks such as:
- Brand compliance
- Required disclosures
- Grammar and spelling
- Layout consistency
- Presence or absence of required content
- Packaging and labeling checks
ReviewAI currently supports static proofs, including:
- Images
- PDFs
- Photoshop files
- InDesign files
- Microsoft Word documents
- Microsoft Excel spreadsheets
Multi-page static proofs are currently supported up to 50 pages.
