On Wednesday, March 12, 2025, Ziflow hosted our Winter 2025 Product Release Webinar, where we showcased some of the most exciting updates to our platform—including new ways to interact with creative reviews, automate approvals, and integrate proofing with your project management workflows.

Project Mosaic: See everything, approve anything

Over the past few months, we’ve been hard at work on Project Mosaic, our ongoing initiative to create a more intuitive, scalable, and collaborative proofing experience. During the webinar, we took a look at the latest improvements to Ziflow’s Proof Viewer and user interface, making it easier than ever to organize, navigate, and approve assets.

• Canvas View (in Public Preview) – Our latest way to review and manage creative work in a flexible, visual layout. Canvas View is now available for Pro, Business, and Enterprise plans—test it out and share your feedback!
• Sort by “My Decision” – Quickly find assets that need your review.
• Multi-Stage Decision Visibility – See approval statuses across multiple stages at a glance.
• New Keyboard Shortcut for Video Review – Shift + Arrow to skip 15 frames instantly.
• Gallery View Enhancements – Access from Dashboard, Proof Viewer, and Shared Workspaces.

Our Chief Product Officer previewed the final phase of Project Mosaic—our innovative solution for seamlessly organizing related proofs into one comprehensive review session.

A Seamless Proofing Experience for monday.com Users

For teams managing projects in monday.com, we’ve expanded our integration to bring proofing directly into your project workflows.

• Ziflow’s In-App experience for monday.com – Create and manage proofs without ever leaving monday.com.
• Proofs Gallery Board View – Review and offer feedback right inside monday.com.
• Ziflow Proofs Board – A top-down view of proof statuses and approvals.
• Powered by Flow Templates – Automate proof creation and approvals inside monday.com.

• Coming in early Q2'25: CSV Exports & Reporting – Export proofs, comments, reviewers, and stages.

Our Chief Product officer teased some upcoming features planned for 2025, including Out-of-Office and Delegation settings, and the ability to import PDFs with comments.

Ziflow’s AI capabilities are evolving to help teams approve work faster and more efficiently, and we were excited to share a little of what we’re working on:
