Create a “Ziflow Proofs” board inside of monday.com (in public preview)
We’re excited to introduce the Ziflow Proofs board for monday.com, a centralized hub for all of your online proofing projects, now available in public preview. With this release, users can create a dedicated Ziflow Proofs board that consolidates all items with proofs attached across multiple monday.com boards into one centralized location.
This new board inside of monday.com requires a brief setup and configuration process leveraging Ziflow’s new “Flow Templates”. In the past, automated flows within Ziflow’s Connect screen required a specific set of actions to be configured using selectable triggers and actions. Ziflow’s Flow Templates automatically enable many of these commonly used flows, and will shorten the setup process by several steps.
Once setup is completed, the Ziflow Proofs board will collect proofs from across all other boards, organizing them by status and displaying key columns with real-time updates. Beyond simply aggregating proof information, Ziflow’s automation will provide the connective tissue required to ensure real-time updates between items across multiple environments.
This release helps to create a seamless collaborative proofing experience between the two platforms, offering a centralized, real-time overview of all Ziflow proofs connected to monday.com items. By creating a single source of truth within your monday.com environment and eliminating the need to manually track proofs across multiple boards, teams can now stay organized, informed, and focused on their creative process.
New account-level setting for default Proof Viewer mode: Dark or Light
With this release, a new account-level setting has been added that allows Admins to set the default mode for the Proof Viewer—Dark Mode or Light Mode—to better align with user preferences.
While the current default will remain Dark Mode, Admins can now change the account-level default to Light Mode, particularly if they would prefer their new users access Proof Viewer for the first time in Light Mode. Individual users will retain the ability to toggle between Dark and Light modes at any time, regardless of the account-level default.
New Proof Viewer keyboard shortcut: Shift + Arrow to skip by 15 frames
In this release, Ziflow is introducing a new keyboard shortcut to help video reviewers skip ahead (or back) with ease. Pressing the arrow keys on the keyboard when reviewing a video in Ziflow’s Proof Viewer allow you to skip ahead by a single frame at a time. This level of precision often comes in handy, but sometimes reviewers need to move through a video just a bit faster to find the perfect moment to leave feedback.
Beginning today, holding the Shift key and pressing the right arrow will advance the playhead by 15 frames. Holding the Shift key and pressing the left arrow to move back 15 frames on the video’s timeline. At the standard frame rate of 60 frames per second, this shortcut will move the playhead in precise, quarter-second increments—perfect for faster navigation without sacrificing accuracy.
