Proof Viewer Keyboard Shortcuts

For Ziflow power users who prefer using their keyboard for navigation, we’ve added several shortcuts to enhance your Proof Viewer experience. These shortcuts help streamline navigation, zoom, comments, and markup actions for both static and video assets.

Static Assets Shortcuts:

• Left/Right Arrows: Move between the previous or next page of the asset.
• Ctrl + Scroll Wheel: Zoom in or out on the asset.
• Click + Drag: Pan the asset image.
• Ctrl + Z / Ctrl + Y: Undo or redo a markup.

Video Assets Shortcuts:

• J: Rewind in increments of 1x, 2x, 4x, or 8x.
• K (or Space): Pause or play the video.
• L: Fast forward in increments of 1.25x, 1.5x, 1.75x, etc.
• Left/Right Arrows: Skip forward or backward by one frame.
• M: Mute or unmute the video.
• F: Enter fullscreen mode. Press F or Esc to exit fullscreen.

Comment & Markup Actions:

• Ctrl + Alt + M (Windows) / Cmd + Option + M (Mac): Add a new comment.
• Ctrl + Enter (Windows) / Cmd + Return (Mac): Save the comment.
• Up/Down Arrows: Move to the previous or next comment.

Comment Formatting Shortcuts:

While adding a comment, reviewers can use the following formatting options:

• Bold: Ctrl + B (Cmd + B for Mac)
• Italic: Ctrl + I (Cmd + I for Mac)
• Underline: Ctrl + U (Cmd + U for Mac)
• Strikethrough: Ctrl + D (Cmd + D for Mac)
