Adjust Proof Viewer settings

Configure your personal Proof Viewer settings.

Available for: Any reviewer added to the review and approval process on all Ziflow editions.

To open the Proof Viewer settings, in the Proof Viewer, select the menu icon and choose Proof Viewer settings.

Show comments as	Select how you would like to display comments by default: Pins - displays just markup pins over the proof image. Markups - with this setting enabled, reviewers have the option to see every markup and comment that has been made on a proof all at once. None - hides all markups from a proof. To view a markup, you'll need to open a comment connected to it.
Comment layout	Select the default comment view Compact - displays a full comment list, but you'll need to click on each comment in order to see the replies. Expanded - displays a full comment list, so you don't have to click on each comment to see the full text.
Comment avatars	Select if you want to see reviewer avatars near added comments or hide them.
Language	Select your default language for the Proof Viewer. Only your language changes in the Proof Viewer.
Theme	Choose to view the Proof Viewer in dark or light mode.
Compare mode	Choose which side the newest version appears on when making a side-by-side comparison.
Pin main menu	Pin the main menu to the left side of Proof Viewer.
Show page navigator	Enable to display the page navigator when viewing an asset that is larger than the Proof Viewer window.
Show full asset names	Enable to display full file names in the asset selector. For more information, see View full asset names in the Proof Viewer.
Show asset name above current asset in batch proofs Ent	Enable to display the asset name above the asset on combined proofs. For more information about combined proofs, see Combine and review multiple assets in one proof.
Show next proof to review on decision	Enable/disable the Next proof to review feature
Show prompt for PDF comment import	Enable to display a notification to authorized users that there are comments available to import from the original PDF file and an Import button. See Import PDF comments. Note: This setting does not remove the Import comments from PDF option in the Comments option menu.
Enable live comments	Enterprise - Private Preview Enable to display live comments in the comments area. See Live comments (Private Preview).
Reset to defaults	Reset your Proof Viewer to the default settings.
