Adjust Proof Viewer settings

Configure your personal Proof Viewer settings.

Available for: Any reviewer added to the review and approval process on all Ziflow editions.

To open the Proof Viewer settings, in the Proof Viewer, select the menu icon and choose Proof Viewer settings.

Show comment as	Select how you would like to display comments by default: Pins - displays just markup pins over the proof image. Markups - with this setting enabled, reviewers have the option to see every markup and comment that has been made on a proof all at once. None - hides all markups from a proof. To view a markup, you'll need to open a comment connected to it.
Comment layout	Select the default comment view Compact - displays a full comment list, but you'll need to click on each comment in order to see the replies. Expanded - displays a full comment list, so you don't have to click on each comment to see the full text.
Compare mode	Choose which side the newest version appears on when making a side-by-side comparison.
Show avatars	Select if you want to see reviewer avatars near added comments.
Pin main menu	Pin the main menu to the left side of Proof Viewer.
Dark mode	Enable/disable Proof Viewer dark mode.
Show next proof to review on decision	Enable/disable the Next proof to review feature
Show full file names	Enable to display full file names in the asset selector. For more information, see View full file names in the Proof Viewer.
Language	Select your default language for the Proof Viewer. Only your language changes in the Proof Viewer.
