The Next proof to review feature helps you manage your review workload by displaying all proofs that require your decision in one convenient place. If you’re a multi-account user, you’ll see proofs from all your accounts together.

Locked and archived proofs do not appear in the Next proof to review list.

Available for: All Users on Free Standard Pro Enterprise

Users are internal team members with full access to Ziflow features. Users require a paid license (seat).

Enable next proof to review 

This feature is enabled by default for all accounts. Your Ziflow administrator can change the setting:

1. From your user avatar, go to Settings > Proofing Settings > Proof Viewer.
2. Locate the Proofs to review option.
   When this setting is enabled at the account level, the feature is visible to every user in the Proof Viewer.

Disable in your personal settings

To disable Next proof to review in your personal settings:

1. Open the Proof Viewer.
2. From the main menu (three bars), select Proof Viewer settings.
3. Toggle Show next proof to review on decision.
   
   

Use next proof to review

You can access the feature directly in the Proof Viewer.

1. In the Proof Viewer main menu, select Proofs to review.
   The number beside the option (in red) shows how many proofs are waiting for your input.
   
   
   
   
2. The list displays all proofs awaiting your decision.
   
   

To help you find what you need quickly, you can:

• Sort proofs by creation date or due date.
• Choose Late only to view only late proofs.
• Use the search bar to find a specific proof.

After you complete your review, Ziflow displays a pop-up with the next proofs that need your attention.
