Summary: Ziflow reviewers can label comments to indicate an action that needs to be taken or the status of a comment. This helps other reviewers and proof creators to navigate through specific comment types.

Available: On Standard, Pro & Enterprise editions.

Where is the feature setup? On a published comment within the Legacy Proof Viewer screen.

Labeling comments & replies

The flag icon allows reviewers to choose a label such as To do. Other labels can be added by account admins under Proofing Settings, so when the reviewer clicks on the icon, a list of all available labels will be presented. Once a reviewer chooses the label, it will be added to the comment, and Ziflow will send an email notification about this action.

The Standard Edition is limited to only a single label that can be used. Both Pro & Enterprise Editions have unlimited labels to be configured and used by reviewers.

Resolving comments

The tick icon allows reviewers to resolve comments. Once clicked, a green Resolved label will be added to the comment, and Ziflow will send an email notification about this action. A reviewer can also unresolve a comment by clicking on the green resolve button and choosing the Re-open button.
