Find Text in the Legacy Ziflow Viewer

Summary: When a spelling mistake is made, it can occur in multiple places on a proof. With the Find text feature, reviewers can look for the same words or sentences throughout the whole text. Where is the feature setup? The search icon is located at the bottom of the screen within the Legacy Proof Viewer.

How does it work?

Click on the Text search icon and type a word or sentence into the search field. If there are matches, you will see the amount in the text bar. You can switch between search results by clicking on the arrows.

Additional information:

• Text search is only available with static proof files (PDF, DOC). Please check static proof formats supported by Ziflow here.

• The search is case-insensitive.
