The Find text feature helps you locate specific words or phrases across a proof. This is especially useful for spotting repeated typos, checking terminology consistency, or reviewing document-wide changes.

Available on: Free Standard Pro Enterprise

The Find text feature is available only for static proof files (PDF, DOC). For a list of supported static file formats, see Supported file types and sizes: Static file formats.
Searches are not case-sensitive.

Open the Find Text tool

In the Proof Viewer, select the Search icon 🔍 in the toolbar.
Enter a word or sentence in the search field.
Ziflow displays the total number of matches in the text bar.
Use the arrow icons to move between search results.
