Dashboard v1 and Proof Viewer v1 were retired on September 30, 2026. All accounts now use Dashboard v2 and Proof Viewer v2.

Why were Dashboard v1 and Proof Viewer v1 retired?

Our goal at Ziflow is to provide the best possible experience for our users. To do that, we regularly evaluate our platform to identify opportunities for improvement.

Dashboard v2 and Proof Viewer v2 have an updated UI, better performance, and ongoing feature development. Consolidating on a single viewer allows us to improve the platform faster and deliver new functionality more consistently across all customers.

What does this mean for you?

Your account has moved to Dashboard v2 and Proof Viewer v2, and the option to switch back to v1 is no longer available.

Dashboard v2 and Proof Viewer v2 include features and capabilities that are not available in v1, including:

• Unread Comments
• Electronic Signatures
• Color Separations
• Batch Review
• Brief information on a proof
• Proof Subscriptions
• @mention reviewers in other stages
• Show all markups on a proof
• ReviewAI (paid add-on)
