Updated over a week ago

Summary: The CSV export feature allows users to measure and archive proof work being done in Ziflow. Users will be able to create their own insights of “Ziflow proof” work and connect them with data from other sources in commonly used spreadsheet applications.

Available: On Standard, Pro, Business Legacy & Enterprise editions.

Where is the feature setup? To access the export function, you can find the button positioned within the filter context menu above the Proof List.

How does it work?

To begin, it's best to filter the proofs you wish to export. Once you have your desired proof list, you can then customize the columns you wish to export. By following this approach, you can export specifically selected items with their respective data (columns).

Once your proof list displays the needed items, click on the Export to CSV icon. A pop-up menu will appear with a couple of setting options.

  1. Email - this will automatically display the email address of the user exporting the proof details (not editable).

  2. Versions - decide if the export should contain all proof versions or only the latest version.

  3. Properties - choose if you want to include custom properties in your export. This export will also include a Public URL field for exported proofs.

When all the settings are selected, click the green Export button. You'll see a notification at the top of the screen informing you that your export is ready. Click here to download the file.
