Automatically manage Ziflow users from within your identity management platform with SCIM-based provisioning

Identity and access management platforms simplify your IT team’s user administration process and make it easy for your users to access your tech stack (through single-sign-on.). With this release, Ziflow has added new user provisioning features via the SCIM protocol to our SSO capabilities. Once enabled, IT teams can manage user access to Ziflow through their identity management platform, so your company can add new creative collaborators as part of your regular user creation process, or deactivate Ziflow users if they’ve left the company.

SCIM is a standardized software protocol, so customers who use Okta (specifically Ziflow's integration) and many other SSO providers for user administration will be able to activate this feature.

Improvements to Proof Viewer: New Batch Review asset navigator, sort proofs in shared folders by name

Ziflow’s award-winning Proof Viewer received two small but high-impact upgrades in this release. The first is an adjustment to the asset navigator panel displayed within Batch Review proofs. The asset selector at the top of the Proof Viewer screen is now more minimalistic and features hover-over behavior that can make the navigational aspect less intrusive. Clicking on the selector button or the hover menu will reveal the larger asset navigation panel.

It’s not uncommon for teams to have hundreds if not thousands of individual proofs within each of their folders. With this release, we’ve added sorting functionality to shared folders in Proof Viewer to make it easier to find relevant files. Users can now arrange the proofs in the folder alphabetically by Name (A to Z / Z to A), in addition to by Date Created (newest / oldest).
