Ziflow wants our customers to fully embrace the software and be happy users. We strongly believe in fantastic customer support, and we're here to help!

Available for: Ziflow support is available to all users, even those that are on a free trial.

Ziflow Support channels

  1. Email us directly at support@ziflow.com.

  2. Use our chat messenger available on https://www.ziflow.com (available only during business office hours 8:00 AM-24.00 PM CEST time).

  3. Reach out to us at 1 855 494 3569.

Important reminder: When contacting Support via email please include a note if our team has permission to access your account to review your reported issue(s).

When you send a ticket, please provide us with as much detail as possible and upload any screenshots etc. that you think may help explain the issue.

Please note that if you have an issue with proof, it's helpful to provide us with the Proof ID, which can be found on the Proof Summary page.
