If Dashboard v2 feels different than Dashboard v1, it's typically because more information is visible by default. Everything below is optional and adjustable per user, changing it doesn't affect what your teammates see. For more information, see Your Ziflow Dashboard and Video tutorial: Understand views in the Dashboard.
Available on: Free Standard Pro Enterprise
Switch to a simpler layout
- From the Dashboard Proofs list, look for the Change layout icon above the proofs list.
- Select Grid view for a visual layout with fewer proof details per item, or stay in List view or Expanded view if you want a table you can scan and compare. You can remove columns in the next step.
Show only the columns you use
Column choices are per-user and save with the active view, so this only takes a minute per view you actually use.
- From the Dashboard Proofs list, select the view tab you want to adjust.
- Select Show to open the columns list.
- Deselect any column you don't reference day to day. Most people only need Name, Status, Owner, and Next deadline.
- Drag the remaining columns into the order you scan them.
For the full list of available columns, see Display Dashboard columns.
Start from a default view instead of building your own
Dashboard v2 comes with five view tabs already set up: Active proofs, Proofs I own, My pending proofs, and Completed proofs, plus Everything. Pick the one closest to what you need and adjust its filters, rather than starting from a blank view.
- Select the view tab closest to your daily workflow — for most reviewers, that's My proofs or Proofs to review.
- Select Filter if you want to narrow it further.
- Select Save as a new view if you want to keep your changes without editing the default.
Pin only the views you need
- Select the + in the views menu to see every view available to you.
- Select the star next to a view to pin it to your view bar.
- Select the star again on any view cluttering your bar to unpin it. Unpinning doesn't delete the view.
Scope what you see by workspace
If you have access to multiple workspaces or shared proofs from other accounts, you're likely seeing more than you need in Everything.
- In the folder pane, select General workspace to see only proofs created in your own account, or select a specific folder to narrow further.
- Reserve Everything for the rare case when you need to search across all of it.
